01 Arrive with Breath

  • Take a comfortable seat and bring attention to the natural rhythm of breath.

02 Guided Breath Pattern

  • Practice slow controlled breathing. Inhale deeply through the nose, pause briefly, then exhale with intention.

03 Breath-Led Movement

  • Begin slow flowing movements where each transition is guided by the breath. Let breath lead the body rather than forcing the movement.
