01 Arrive with Breath
Take a comfortable seat and bring attention to the natural rhythm of breath.
02 Guided Breath Pattern
Practice slow controlled breathing. Inhale deeply through the nose, pause briefly, then exhale with intention.
03 Breath-Led Movement
Begin slow flowing movements where each transition is guided by the breath. Let breath lead the body rather than forcing the movement.
What to bring.

Bring a towel and water bottle.
