Session Breakdown

01 Grounded Arrival

  • Begin seated or in kneeling. Feel the connection between the body and the mat. Invite awareness into the legs and feet as the physical base of stability.

02 Stabilizing Breath

  • Practice slow breath with equal inhale and exhale counts. Emphasize steadiness and rhythm.

03 Foundational Warm-Up

  • Transition to slow strength-based movements such as controlled lunges, gentle hip mobility, and core engagement to build a sense of inner stability.
