Session Breakdown
01 Grounded Arrival
Begin seated or in kneeling. Feel the connection between the body and the mat. Invite awareness into the legs and feet as the physical base of stability.
02 Stabilizing Breath
Practice slow breath with equal inhale and exhale counts. Emphasize steadiness and rhythm.
03 Foundational Warm-Up
Transition to slow strength-based movements such as controlled lunges, gentle hip mobility, and core engagement to build a sense of inner stability.
