Session Breakdown
01 Arrival & Reflection
Settle onto your mat in a comfortable seated position. Take a moment to acknowledge the month behind you. Invite a sense of completion and release before beginning the practice.
02 Grounding Breath
Close the eyes and begin slow nasal breathing. Inhale for four counts, exhale for six. Allow each exhale to soften the body and quiet the mind.
03 Gentle Reset Flow
Begin with slow seated stretches before transitioning into gentle spinal waves and hip openers. The focus is slow, restorative movement that releases tension and prepares the body for deep rest.
