01 Mindful Arrival
Come to stillness on your mat. Notice sensations in the body without judgment.
02 Sensory Breath
Breathe slowly through the nose and observe how the breath moves through the body. Invite awareness into subtle sensations.
03 Slow Awareness Flow
Begin gentle movements such as spinal waves and slow hip openers, encouraging full presence in each posture.
