01 Mindful Arrival

  • Come to stillness on your mat. Notice sensations in the body without judgment.

02 Sensory Breath

  • Breathe slowly through the nose and observe how the breath moves through the body. Invite awareness into subtle sensations.

03 Slow Awareness Flow

  • Begin gentle movements such as spinal waves and slow hip openers, encouraging full presence in each posture.
