Session Breakdown

01 Morning Centering

  • Come into a comfortable seat and take a moment to set the tone for the day ahead.

02 Reset Breath

  • Practice slow cleansing breaths, inhaling deeply and exhaling fully to clear lingering tension.

03 Energizing Warm-Up

  • Begin gentle flowing movements that gradually increase circulation and energy throughout the body.

What to bring.

Class Capacity: 12 people

  • Wear something you can breathe in and lets your body move freely.
  • Bring water and hydrate before class to support circulation and recovery.
  • You are welcome to bring your own mat or any props for comfort (Mats, blocks, straps, and bolsters are also available to use for free)
  • Please make sure to silence devices before class to maintain a soft, peaceful atmosphere.
  • Come Exactly As You Are. No experience, flexibility, or “perfect mindset” is required.
