Session Breakdown
01 Arrival & Reflection
Come to a comfortable seat and place one hand over the heart. Invite students to consider the energy they wish to carry into the week ahead.
02 Breath Awareness
Begin steady breath through the nose. Inhale deeply through the belly and ribs, exhale slowly as the shoulders soften. Let the breath become the foundation of the practice.
03 Awakening Flow
Move into slow cat–cow, shoulder rolls, and gentle spinal movement. This sequence gradually wakes the body while maintaining calm, steady energy.
