01 Grounded Arrival

  • Begin seated and invite students to reflect on the direction they want their energy to move.

02 Focused Breath

  • Inhale deeply through the nose. Exhale slowly while maintaining a tall, steady spine. Let the breath create clarity.

03 Grounding Flow

  • Introduce slow standing sequences with intentional transitions. Encourage awareness in the feet and legs to create both stability and direction.
