Session Breakdown
01 Quiet Arrival
Begin seated or lying down. Let the body slowly wake without urgency.
02 Awakening Breath
Take slow energizing breaths through the nose, gradually increasing depth and expansion.
03 Gentle Morning Flow
Introduce light stretches and slow mobility movements to awaken the spine, hips, and shoulders.
What to bring.
Class Capacity: 12 people
- Wear something you can breathe in and lets your body move freely.
- Bring water and hydrate before class to support circulation and recovery.
- You are welcome to bring your own mat or any props for comfort (Mats, blocks, straps, and bolsters are also available to use for free)
- Please make sure to silence devices before class to maintain a soft, peaceful atmosphere.
- Come Exactly As You Are. No experience, flexibility, or “perfect mindset” is required.
