Session Breakdown

01 Quiet Arrival

  • Begin seated or lying down. Let the body slowly wake without urgency.

02 Awakening Breath

  • Take slow energizing breaths through the nose, gradually increasing depth and expansion.

03 Gentle Morning Flow

  • Introduce light stretches and slow mobility movements to awaken the spine, hips, and shoulders.

What to bring.

Class Capacity: 12 people

  • Wear something you can breathe in and lets your body move freely.
  • Bring water and hydrate before class to support circulation and recovery.
  • You are welcome to bring your own mat or any props for comfort (Mats, blocks, straps, and bolsters are also available to use for free)
  • Please make sure to silence devices before class to maintain a soft, peaceful atmosphere.
  • Come Exactly As You Are. No experience, flexibility, or “perfect mindset” is required.
