  • Invite participants to settle onto their mats and release the energy of the day. Encourage a sense of ease and connection in the room.

02 Soft Breath

  • Guide slow calming breaths to help the nervous system begin to unwind.

03 Gentle Yin Warm-Up

  • Begin with slow stretches for the neck, shoulders, and hips to prepare the body for longer Yin holds.
