Session Breakdown

01 Arrival with Ease

  • Take a seated position and notice the pace of your day. Allow the body to gradually shift into a slower rhythm.

02 Rhythmic Breath

  • Begin smooth breath cycles, inhaling for four counts and exhaling for four counts. Allow breath to create gentle momentum.

03 Fluid Movement Flow

  • Transition into slow flowing sequences linking breath with movement. Encourage smooth transitions between poses without rushing.
