01 Arrival with Ease
Take a seated position and notice the pace of your day. Allow the body to gradually shift into a slower rhythm.
02 Rhythmic Breath
Begin smooth breath cycles, inhaling for four counts and exhaling for four counts. Allow breath to create gentle momentum.
03 Fluid Movement Flow
Transition into slow flowing sequences linking breath with movement. Encourage smooth transitions between poses without rushing.
